1. Acceptance of Terms

tk1961 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in line with responsible operator standards. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit at tk1961 is ৳100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. High-volume transactions above ৳50,000 may require additional verification. tk1961 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their standard transaction charges, for which tk1961 bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours are typically processed within one hour for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. All withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. tk1961 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the tk1961 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). tk1961 does not accept deposits or issue withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required by your bank or mobile wallet provider is applied at their prevailing exchange rate and is the player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

In the event of any conflict between the individual promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotional terms will prevail for the specific promotion in question.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

tk1961 may offer special promotional events tied to significant dates in the Bangladesh cultural calendar, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Victory Day (16 December), Independence Day (26 March), and major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These promotions are subject to availability, are offered at tk1961's sole discretion, and carry their own specific terms.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the tk1961 platform operates according to its own published rules and Return-to-Player (RTP) figures as provided by the relevant game supplier. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. tk1961 accepts no liability for outcomes arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any wagers refunded at tk1961's discretion. tk1961 uses best efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses sustained as a result of downtime, latency, or technical disruption outside of its reasonable control.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk1961 platform:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to influence game outcomes.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by tk1961

tk1961 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; chargebacks initiated against tk1961 by the player's payment provider; or a court order or instruction from a lawful authority requiring account closure.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the player, tk1961 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited in its entirety.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your tk1961 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. tk1961 reserves the right to apply an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining balance, following written notice to the registered email address. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be deactivated. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical defects at all times. 8.2 Limitation of Loss Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1961's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tk1961 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. tk1961 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.3 Third-Party Content
